BroadwayWorld has produced more than two-dozen sold out live concert events at venues throughout New York City, as well as online events presented on the site, and across social media channels for expansive reach and engagement.

Standing Ovations
The site produced a series of popular, wildly successful sold-out shows – “Standing Ovations” – using the BroadwayWorld ‘brand’, which subsequently branched off to include Holiday Shows, and themed shows like “From Stage to Screen and Back Again, in tandem with publishers and movie studios.
Events featured performances by renowned Broadway talent including top Broadway stars like Mandy Gonzalez, Billy Porter, Alice Ripley, Max von Essen, Andrea McArdle, Sierra Boggess, Marc Shaiman, and more.
Proceeds from all the events were donated to Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS, the industry’s leader in aid for performers in need.

Next On Stage
Utilizing multiple partners and all forms of outreach to our audience, in May of 2020 the site kicked off its Next on Stage charity singing competition, generating nominations from over 1600 talented college and high school students and over 150,000 votes in the first 48 hours since going live.
Live shows run weekly, and feature a judging panel of top Broadway stars, along with real time audience voting.
Both, the college and high school winner, will receive a prize pack with merch from the BroadwayWorld Theatre Shop, CDs from Broadway Records, and $1000 donation to a charity of their choice. Plus, both winners will have the opportunity to record a single to be released by Broadway Records, with the profits from the recording being donated to The Actors Fund.
Prior to recording their single the winners will receive a virtual voice lesson with Matt Farnsworth, a session with Telsey + Company’s Rachel Hoffman to hone their audition skills, and a free subscription to BroadwayWorld Edu – online classes in singing, acting, and dancing worth over $1200!
Living Room Concerts
Long running series of stirring performances by Broadway’s finest singers streamed live from the intimacy of their own homes. Guests include Lin-Manuel Miranda, Liz Callaway, Colton Ryan (Girl From The North Country), Gus Halper (Sing Street), Susan Egan, Elizabeth Stanley (Jagged Little Pill), and more.
Listening Party Live
The only thing better than listening to your best-loved cast albums, or recordings by your favorite Broadway performers, is hearing them hosted live by the actual stars with commentary, anecdotes and more on BroadwayWorld Listening Party. Tuned-in by thousands of like-minded theater fans, we’ve hosted listening parties celebrating Losing My Mind, a Sondheim Disco Album, Lena Hall’s, The Villa Satori, and more!
