- Recommended size: 2400 × 1260 px (landscape, 1.91:1)
- Square alternative: 1080 × 1080 px
- Accepted formats: JPG or PNG

Video Guidelines
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 (landscape) or 1:1 (square)
- Minimum resolution: 1080p (720p acceptable)
- File size limit: 500mb
- Format: MP4 or MOV
Caption Guidelines
- Optimal length: 40–80 characters for engagement
- Maximum length: 500 characters
- Links: One link per post (Facebook auto-previews URLs without photo or video)

- Minimum width: 1080 px (maintain 4:5 ratio)
- Square (1:1) and landscape (1.91:1) are still accepted, but portrait now displays larger in feed and grid.

Video / Reels Guidelines
- Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical)
- Resolution: 1080 × 1920 px
- Maximum length: Reels preferred under 90 seconds, supports up to 15 mins
- Format: MP4 (H.264 codec), under 250 MB
Caption Guidelines
- Ideal length: 125 characters or less (text truncates after that)
- Maximum length: 2,200 characters
- Links: Not clickable in captions; use "link in bio"
X (Twitter)

- Single image: 1200 × 675 px (16:9)
- Multiple images: Two: 700 × 800 px each; Three: 1200 × 675 px; Four: 1200 × 600 px
- Format: JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each
